  I have been to this establishment 3 times, each time I have walked past the front desk and no acknowledgement from anyone working. I further walked the majority of the store and not once has anyone approached me to ask if I need help. The staff is clearly too involved in whatever it is they are doing to give the customer the time of day. Maybe they are more attentive to people who are there for major projects/renovations versus the average do it yourself shopper. Believe it or not, you get better customer service at Lowes or Home Depot! Avoid this place at all costs, unless you like giving your money to a business that clearly cares less about their customers.

  Terrible. Found out they totally misquoted the lumber order in order to win the job. Then after I purchased and found out a lot was missing, they wouldn't take it back. They ended up being 20% more expensive than the next highest competitor. Would have done better to buy everything from home depot. Their customer service is the worst and their lack of response is frustrating at best!
